Peanut Butter and Banana Pancake
40g Oats or oatmeal
60g cottage cheese (use natural yoghurt if you dont like cottage cheese)
2 x eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Blend it and pour into a pan.
Spread 1 tsp of peanut butter over pancake
Chop bannana and put on the pancake
or add Blueberries or Strawberries
