I am very passionate about keeping fit and healthy and that is probably the reason for me following a fitness career and becoming a personal trainer.I love playing sport and being part of a team. I love chilling out too and spending time with my friends and family. The reason for doing this blog is to share my experiences with others and to learn and hopefully become more knowledgeable in all aspects of running and what could make me a better runner.
