Try this circuit out......

•1 mile or 1.6km run

•Alternate lunges

•Leg Press

•Leg extension

•Bike 3 minutes

Repeat 2 -3 times

I tried this on Sunday and found it hard. It was good to challenge myself and felt really good afterwards. I especially enjoyed the chocolate milk afterwards.
